Spotlight – City of Napa
The city of Napa today owes much of its look and feel to the Napa of the 1840s. Because of the river that bisects the town, Napa began as a trade and transportation hub. The city was developed in the 1840s, and some of the first downtown buildings were a saloon and general store.
