Global Sales Account Executive


Location: Americas, EMEA, Asia Pacific
Compensation: 100% commission

Global Cynergies, a worldwide hotel and venue sourcing company in the MICE industry, is looking for experienced hotel sales professionals to join our elite team here in Scottsdale or anywhere in the world! JOB DUTIES

  • Client development – prospecting, cold calling and networking offering GC MICE hotel and site selection services

  • Hotel and venue sourcing– providing services anywhere in the world utilizing Global Cynergies’ business methodology

  • Contract negotiation – negotiate favorable group contracts rates, terms and conditions

  • Post meeting consultation – obtain program venue evaluations and prepare cost savings analysis

  • Market intelligence – contribute/share industry expertise and market intelligence
REQUIREMENTS

  • Strong sales and networking skills

  • Discipline to make daily prospect calls to develop a sustainable client portfolio

  • Driven to achieve results

  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite & willingness to learn new technology platforms

  • Hotel sales experience a plus

Inside Sales Consultants


Location: HDQ – Scottsdale, AZ
Status: Part-time/Full-time
Compensation: Hourly rate plus incentive

Immediate openings are available for full or part-time inside sales consultants. Under the direction of the Director of Business Development and Sales Manager these individuals shall utilize Global Cynergies’ methodology and CRM systems to research, identify, and connect with potential customers by making outgoing emails/calls to qualify them for hotel and venue sourcing solutions for their offsite meetings.


JOB FUNCTIONS

  • Utilize LinkedIn and other online resources to identify new business prospects.

  • Utilize email campaigns to introduce Global Cynergies’ services.

  • Make outgoing cold calls to introduce services and schedule follow-up appointments with prospective customers.

  • Conduct on-going communication with prospective customers through electronic communications.

  • Create instant rapport through strong interpersonal skills and an excellent ability to communicate with a varied customer base in a business-to-business (B2B) setting.

  • Utilize CRM to track activities
