The beginning of a New Year! Time seems to go by so fast these days, the days turn into weeks; weeks months; months years; you get the point! We all start out the year with new goals for a better year. I was reminded this week that you can’t just HOPE your way to a better year; you must change your HABITS to have a better year! “Our habits either make us or break us. We become what we repeatedly do.” Sean Covey. Change doesn’t have to be “big” to be effective, one small change consistently applied can pay huge dividends over the course of a year.
