Not only did 2014 fly by, but it is already mid-January and we are still wrapping up last year’s data and finalizing our 2015 plan. 2014 was a good year; we grew our revenue base, increased our presence and remained focused on our core initiatives. Our numbers continue to support our global presence and expertise – 59% of our revenue base is outside of North America and 40% of our team members reside outside of N. America. Collectively we have booked programs in more than 75 countries, utilizing more than 200 brands and over 1,400 unique venues. One of our value distinctions is that, as a relationship company, we take a consultative approach (value, destination, knowledge & experience) with our clients rather than the transactional approach (rates, dates, space) generally expected from a “typical” agency.
Another distinction we are proud of is our commitment to “meet needs”: Within our communities – with the help of our hotel suppliers, we collected and donated over 4,500 toiletries to a local shelter in 2014. With our clients – we consult with clients in more than XX countries, saving them on average from 10 to 25%. Within our global team – we provide ongoing business support, including introducing new technology platforms to help us connect, communicate and collaborate.
